Version 2.9.3 of CaptureGem released with proxy configuration fixes

Dear community,
We are releasing a bug-fix version (2.9.3) for CaptureGem.
Change notes:
- Removes proxy support for Stripchat and Stripchat VR. The proxy will only be supported for Chaturbate for now.
- Fixes issue where the proxy setting is not impacting whether the proxy is used or not
