Version 2.9.2 of CaptureGem released with new proxy support to help with rate limiting issues

Dear community,
We are releasing an improvement for CaptureGem that adds an inbuilt proxy you can use which will help mitigate or eliminate rate-limiting issues. Currently it only can be used for Chaturbate and Stripchat recordings, and is an experimental feature.
Change notes:
- Adds new proxy support in settings. You must go into the Settings and enable it. (note: this is an experimental feature)
- Adds "Monitor Only" into the view state.
- Adds new error message if the frontend is not using the same version as the recording process.
