CaptureGem version 2.4.5 released with Auto Record fix

Version 2.4.5 of CaptureGem is now released. This fixes an issue with the auto-recording sometimes not working when models were offline and come online.

You can update to the latest from inside the app, or by going to the main page.

CaptureGem version 2.4.4 released which fixes IPC issue

CaptureGem 2.4.4 is now released! This is a bug-fix release which fixes the following:

• IPC error that sometimes occured if you have corrupt video files in the /tmp or /tmp-hls folders. There was an issue in the video processing queue that's now fixed.
• Other small fixes and possible performance improvements

CaptureGem can be updated inside the app or downloaded from the main page.

CaptureGem version 2.4.2 released with bug fixes and optimizations

CaptureGem 2.4.2 is now available. This is mostly a bug-fix release and contains some performance improvements.

• Fixes issues with selecting videos that are filtered by model name or reviewed/unreviewed
• Fixes various performance issues that may have caused the IPC error some users noticed
• Auto-generates metadata for new recordings much faster
• You can now select videos in the Review tab by clicking on the screenshot (instead of only the checkbox)

New CaptureGem Review Feature - Version 2.4.0 now available!

We have a big announcement - version 2.4.0 of CaptureGem is now released!

This is a major change that includes the new Review tab, which lets you manage and view all your recordings, including image grid style screenshots, among other features. You can also protect videos to prevent accidentally deleting them, and sort by models or review status - you can now differentiate between reviewed/unreviewed recordings. See attached screenshot.

This version also includes various performance-related bug fixes, for example, video processing is now queued instead of happening all at once.

As always, you can update from inside the app or download it directly from the main page. Once you open the updated version, it will immediately start building metadata for any existing recordings, or any new ones you make.

CaptureGem version 2.3.3 released! Has a bug fix and a few feature improvements

Hello all, hope you had a happy 4th of July! A few updates for CaptureGem to improve the recording experience:

• A bug was fixed where the auto-recording wasn't working properly.
• Adds support for more right-click actions on the Dashboard, such as opening a model's browser page and copying their username into the clipboard.

As always you can update from within the app if you already have it, or else go to the main page to get the latest version.

For those who are not familiar with CaptureGem, it is a desktop application that lets you record livestreams of adult cam models from sites such as Stripchat, StripchatVR, Chaturbate, CamSoda, Cams.com, BongaCams, Streamate, Flirt4Free, and Cam4. Not only that but it lets you record VR streams from Stripchat VR.

It records the streams saving the HLS encoding data and connects with web sockets when necessary. The recordings are always in the highest resolution and the same native format the sites use.
