New version 2.9.14 released with transcoding and metadata refactoring and bug fixes

Hello everyone, I very happy to announce the release version of 2.9.14! This is a refactoring release with some bug fixes.

Changes:

• Large refactor of transcoding logic to be more robust and maintainable, handle edge cases better, and scan the tmp directory better
• Added new logging options for metadata and transcoding. You can enable enableMetadataLogging and enableTranscoderLogging in the config.json. This will create metadata.log and transcoder.log files in the Settings directory. This will give much more insight into what is happening during these processes.
• Improved metadata generation to handle edge cases better
• Fixed panic that occurs from incorrectly named directories in the tmp directory
• UI enhancements in Settings tab
• Other fixes and improvements

Note for Windows users: updating from inside the app does not always work, so you may need to download the new version and unzip it over the old version, or into a new directory.
