Version 2.8.2 of CaptureGem released with bug fixes for monitoring

Dear community,
I am happy to announce that CaptureGem version 2.8.2 is now available! This is a bug fix release:
- Fixes issues with monitoring not working in many timezones. This was a timezone parsing issue.
- Fixes issue where some right-click options weren't appearing for monitoring
- Fixes sort flickering issue when monitoring models from different sites with the same username
- State machine improvements. Auto-record no longer causes auto-monitoring. Auto-monitoring may come in a future release.
